Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

All returns must be initiated through our Return Request process.

RETURNS BY REGION

🇺🇸 United States

We offer free returns within the United States.

Once approved, a prepaid return label will be provided for U.S. customers.

Returns must be shipped within the timeframe indicated in your approval email.

🌍 International Returns

For customers outside the United States, a flat return fee of $30 USD applies.

Return instructions and destination details will be provided after your return request is reviewed.

Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Eligibility

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided that:

The item is unworn
The item remains in original condition
Original packaging is included

Returns that fail inspection may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are strictly non-returnable and final sale:

Personalized items
Nameplates
Monograms
Custom-sized rings
Made-to-order pieces

Fine Jewelry Rings

All fine jewelry rings are custom sized prior to dispatch.

Due to sizing customization, such items are non-returnable.

Atelier Petites Pierres may, at its sole discretion, offer resizing assistance where applicable.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) business days following inspection and approval of the returned merchandise.

Original shipping costs and duties paid under DDP shipping terms are non-refundable.
